Mr. Fikri has been in practice for over 15 years. His innovative design and professional achievements have received several notorieties. He is a faculty at King Abdullah University Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Education:
Bachelor of architecture from King Abdullah University, Jeddah and received MA in Architecture in 2002 from University of Brighton, Glasgow, U.K. He is expecting a Ph.D. in Architecture Design from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow U.K.
In his free time he likes to travel and read.
Marina Khodiaveh

Ms. Khodiaveh, is a leader of project management, energy, and sustainable design. She has offered consultancy to global corporate clients and held positions including construction risk manager at Bank One Corporation, (JP Morgan Chase) Chicago, construction coordinator Starbucks Coffee Company and at CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc (CBRE) as a project manager.
She has developed policies, guidelines and processes related to global design, construction and project management strategy. She has managed over $400 million retail, corporate facilities, data centers, commercial, infrastructure ground up, renovation, and capital projects. She is also involved in various teaching and development efforts.

Mr. Podwin has practice real estate development, finance and securities law, both as a litigator and transactional attorney, for more than 15 years for some of the largest law firms in the world. His executions of numerous complex real estate development projects are exemplary which ranges from mixed-used, resort, and recreational master planning and development projects.
In addition, he has served as Asst. General Counsel at Sunterra Resorts, a publicly traded, resort development company, which owned and operated more than 110 resorts around the world in 13 different countries.
